Langley’s 3rd Annual Day of Service is set for January 17! Registration will open at 9am on Monday, December 6, but the projects are available to preview now in the agenda below. Please note, the agenda is only viewable in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
The Day of Service, hosted to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s legacy, encourages Langley employees to volunteer in the community. The 2022 event will feature 18 different site locations across the Peninsula, Middle Peninsula, and Southside with small groups of volunteers, in addition to a “Choose Your Own” option. Thank you to our Day of Service Committee and Project Leads for your leadership!
Due to protective measures, we have limited volunteer spots available to Langley employees only. Project times and locations vary. All slots will be first come, first serve. Please note, all Day of Service activities are subject to cancellation depending on the spread of COVID-19.
Participating volunteers will receive:
- Long sleeve, unisex t-shirt
- Light breakfast
- Lunch
- 8-hour floating holiday, once volunteer hours are confirmed
