2nd Annual Langley for Families Charity Golf Classic Raises Over $238,000
The 2nd Annual Langley for Families Charity Golf Classic successfully raised over $238,000 thanks to the generosity of many sponsors, donors and volunteers. 124 golfers enjoyed a day at the Kingsmill Resort River Course in Williamsburg on September 19th to raise awareness and money for local Hampton Roads family charities. WVEC Sports Anchor Scott Cash Emceed the event. Two impressive trips were awarded during a Shoot Out round that included an all-expense paid trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic to play in the David Ortiz Celebrity Golf Classic and a trip to Scotland.
